Pete Michelin
Founder
A pioneer of Las Vegas real estate development. Pete Michelin founded the companies that would eventually become Michelin Properties in 1969. A self made man, he worked two careers for over twenty years to become a successful real estate developer. Mr. Michelin's started buying and selling land at an early age. He eventually broke into the residential real estate development industry by building several custom homes and semi-custom housing tracts in Las Vegas. Mr. Michelin also proved to be successful in the tavern and gas station industry for over 40 years. Pete found his passion in commercial real estate development and continues to do developments today.
Taylor Lilley
President
As a native to Las Vegas, Taylor has had the pleasure of seeing this city grow throughout his entire life. He has a bachelor's degree in business marketing from Southern Utah University. Mr. Lilley currently holds the position of President for Michelin Properties. Taylor is also a licensed commercial real estate agent with Albright-Callister. Mr. Lilley is a current Licensee of the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Along with his brothers, he owns and operates Scoundrels Taverns and Korner Store Gas Stations & Gaming Lounge. It is through these positions that Mr. Lilley has gained a deep understanding of the small business sector and commercial land development. Taylor has been a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) 2017. Mr. Lilley previously served as a Mayor appointed advisor for the City of North Las Vegas Traffic and Parking Advisory Committee.

Blake Lilley
Director & Chief Development Officer
Blake holds the position of Director & Chief Development Officer for Michelin Properties. He is head of construction for all of our developments. Mr. Lilley has a degree from Dixie State College in St George, Utah. Blake has a vast knowledge of the construction and property management industry. Mr. Lilley is a current Licensee of the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Along with his brothers, he owns and operates Scoundrels Taverns and Korner Store Gas Stations. Mr. Lilley Blake is an avid hunter, sportsman, and family man. If he can't be found at work, he can be found in the great outdoors!

Michael holds the position of Director for Michelin Properties. Michael is onsite every day ensuring smooth operations. Mr. Michelin is also a current Licensee of the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Along with his brothers, he owns and operates Scoundrels Taverns and Korner Store Gas Stations.
